I'm very pleased with these seed trays. I am propagating African violets and it works great!

This seed starter tray is perfect! I don't have much space near my windows to start my seeds indoors, but with this I can place them anywhere and do a lot more at once. The timer on the grow light is very convenient too. Just set it and it does it's thing.

ALMOST perfect -- 4.5 stars. I bought this one and another one which was like $25, this one was $39. The difference is huge. This one's plastic is 2-3x thicker. It feels WAY sturdier and feels like I will actually have this thing for several years. So +1 over the other one. Then this one also has 1 additional row over the other, which is nice, +1. AND this one's plastic dome top is almost 2x higher than the other one, which is VERY nice, +1. but the biggest reason I got this was because the other grow systems have those "round" LED lights -- NO! Stay away from those. THIS one here has LONG tube lighting, which is WAY better. I WANTED to give this 5 stars -- but two of the 4 light-bars were sloppily glued together at the factory and not "straightly aligned" -- so I would recommend increasing quality control there. Otherwise 4.5 stars, definitely buying more.

Love love love this starter tray for seedlings!!! I had tried to start seedlings before - unsuccessfully several times but got this setup after this summer was over and started a whole tray of stuff that is currently growing inside my greenhouse. I appreciated the the extra depth to the cover. Now I brought in my herbs and I am keeping them thriving with the lights. Appreciate the value for extended use!! My brother saw the setup when I started the seedlings and he immediately order a set also.

Good size, fast growth, very easy to set up and use. I thought is was a good value for what I needed.

Light timer does not work properly. Power on and works for a while then turns off. Set timer from controller, and turns off before the time setting has expired. Very disappointing. I could plug into an external timer, but this will not work because in the continuous power on setting the LED lights turn off on their own prematurely. Company should do a better job of quality control. I would return this item but I have seedlings growing in it with my own external light source. Test the LED lights for functionality before planting seeds.

Works great, put seeds in it as soon as I got it, holds moisture, lights work great, great seed starter!
