Works well. Very strong magnets. Love the top lip is magnetic as well so you can lay swivels, hooks, jigs, etc up there and they stay put. I did mount w screws as sticky tape only lasts so long my guess.

Magnets are junk
One magnet loose in the package and another fell out as I took the assembly out. That one fell in the work bench area never to be seen again. You need to pull all the magnets out and use a good glue to reinstall.

Keeps the lures off the floor!!
Works great! Keeps the lures of the floor of the boat (hubby likes to just throw on floor for when he needs it again), hubby is actually using this and likes it a lot!
