Works but short wires
Had the same issue of oven temp unable to maintain. Got this in the mail fairly quickly. However the stock plug did not fit the oven plug. I had to strip wires and splice w wirenuts. The wires from the probe are VERY short. I was able to re-route the connecting wire from the zip-tie bundle and get slack. Works fine, finally able to make cookies again! 3star for wire length.

Works with modifications
Shorter than the original and you will need to splice the old connector to the new probe. Temperature of the oven is off by about 40 degrees and will need to be adjusted.

I am happy
It had the wrong coupling and did not fit. So I hard to cut the coupling off and just crimped the wires together. It worked great. For an old stove, it was a cheap fix vs buying a new stove.
