Manhattan Portage Coin Purse

Perfect front pocket EDC. I was tired of my few edc items loose in my pocket. The usual packs like maxpedition micro and similar are still way too large. Earbuds cases way too small. This case is the perfect size and seems built very well. Holds a ronson flip jet lighter, small metal pill case, thrunite ti3, chapstick, some bandaids etc. all zipped up and compact. I keep a Leatherman wave on clip in pocket and a fisher collapsible pen as well handy. This has me prepared for 99% of what I come across often without feeling like I have a camping hammock stuffed into my pocket. Trust me it’s a great size pouch for whatever. It’s masculine enough too in black for those who may lack confidence ;-)Anyway, hope this helps the random few who may be looking for a similar solution.

I carry loose change in my small messenger bag and did not see the need to pay over $3 for a change purse. I've been buying them at flea markets, at Amazon and elsewhere at low prices. I have gone through 2 this year alone. Well, this has been one of the best purchases I've made. Yes, it was a bit more expensive but the quality is excellent. The zipper is very good quality, the material is strong, water resisitant. It is made of Cordura 1000D which is the strongest of the nylon products. This is military grade fabric nylon and is used by them due to its abrasion a scuff resistant, and it also has a 2-year limited lifetime warranty on the fabric. If I add the last three change purse in the I have purchased in the past year and a half, I have spent more than this change purse. I'm very satisfied with it and it's true about the saying " you get what you pay for." I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a small change purse, either male or female as they have may colors and styles.When I write a review I'm very careful because other buyers review to make an educated purchase no matter the purchase I make.

I ordered this back in early January (I think?) and it still looks as good as the day I bought it. The material seems very tough, very well constructed. I attached a key ring to the little fabric loop and use this (and only this) as my wallet/keychain Currently, it is holding 22 standard sized credit cards and gift cards, chapstick, and a couple bucks in cash with room to spare. I suspect I could fit another 8-10 cards in it if I wanted to.It is very simple in design, without any type of divider to separate cards/cash/etc...but that is exactly what I wanted. My ONLY complaint, and it is a very minor one are the 3 different (fabric) labels/tags sewn into the inside. They are somewhat long in relation to the coin purse, and can get in the way of the zipper if you aren't paying attention. Sooo...I carefully cut them out. And voila! No more issues! :)EDIT:Thought I'd return to add an update to my original review. After owning this coin purse for nearly a year, it is still in fantastic shape. It is seriously tough. I carry it with me every day attached to my keys, and aside from a tiny bit of dirt on the surface, it looks just like the day I bought it. The pictures posted with this review are recent, taken today (December 9, 2015) and show you just how great of shape it is still in. As a matter of fact, shopping on Amazon today to buy a couple more as Christmas presents for relatives that have inquired about it.And in case you are wondering, final count on how many debit/credit/gift cards it can hold: 35! (See picture!) Without any strain at all on the zipper or cloth. :)

I currently live in Savannah, GA and needed a small bag just to hold quarters for the meters downtown. My car does not have an ashtray, so I went to Amazon to find a suitable substitute.I ordered this coin purse after reading the reviews and I am 100% satisfied with the purchase. The size is perfect for what I needed. I uploaded some pictures of the purse filled with quarters and as you can see, it held A LOT of quarters, 167 quarters to be exact. That's more than I need to carry around in my car, so it's more than enough for my needs. It looks great and is made of a thatch weave of nylon material called Cordura. It is a very attractive coin purse and is well constructed with good materials. The zipper is large and solid feeling. The purse is a bit larger than a credit card and could be a great place to hold loyalty/gift cards.It's not shown in the stock pictures, but the bag also has a loop attachment and came with a ball chain. It can be seen in one of the pictures I uploaded. Great for attaching the purse to a book bag or something similar.All in all, I am pleased with this purchase.

I bought this to use as a portable medical kit for my purse/diaper bag. It works perfectly for that purpose and takes up hardly any space. I am able to fit an assortment of bandages (14 currently), a travel size container of pain reliever and some antiseptic spray, with a little room left over. I plan to add in some travel tweezers and a few individual eye drop vials. I will probably buy a second one so I don't have to remember to switch it between bags.

Stop and think for a second.. If you saw this hanging on a peg in your local store for $9, would you pay it??It's sturdy, holds a lot of loose change, tag says "Custom YKK Zipper" (doesn't say YKK, says Manhattan Portage), seems well made and should last for a few years. My only sticking point is the cost. Yes I bought it, yes i'll keep it. It's a good change bag, but it wouldn't be worth the 4 mile drive to the UPS store to return.

I already had this one in black that is many years old, and it still looks like new! I just wanted a new color so I'm glad they still make these...It's a coin purse, but I just use it as my wallet. It holds cash simply folded in half, plenty of room (without being awkwardly so) for credit cards, my Chicago Metra pass, etc... its fantastic. Highly recommended!I don't think they mention this, but it's made from Cordura... so it's going to last a LONG time. Cordura is the same material used in, for example, motorcycle jackets due to how wear-resistant it is. For the price, you just cant beat this as a wallet... not to mention function.

Brilliant wee pouch for all the junk that lives in my pockets.Big enough for a swiss army knife debit cards ,edc flashlight and of course coins.Excellent quality product and amazingly fast shipping . And as the label says New York Tough.

Bought one of their bags first and fell in love. The coin purse here is I all was looking for. Room for, well yeah, coins and all my cards.

El monedero se siente bastante resistente, el cierre no lastima los dedos después de varios usos en poco tiempo ya que no es un plástico rasposo.El color se ve bastante llamativo y se ve bastante bien hecho en cuestión de costuras, hasta ahora, en el uso común que se le ha dado no encontré ningún problema.

A normal coin purse. Very ordinary and the fabric is a bit hard and rough but usable nonetheless.

Excelente producto, es mejor que lo que se ve en la foto. ES además muy práctico para monedas de varias denominaciones.
