It's fun, it's easy to follow and there's a huge clock on the screen counting down the time left to do. It takes half an hour out of your day and it leaves you with a good positive attitude, and I feel sure, although it's not as energetic as some, following it regularly will produce positive results. I honestly can't recommend this DVD highly enough. These are moves to get your heart rate rising, but there is nothing that is complicated, painful, too difficult or even that strenuous. There are 2 miles of power walking with these extra moves, and each mile is separated and counts down as you go. Its a marvellous incentive to anyone to keep going. In addition there are also separate abdominal and back exercises for the floor which you can do or if you can't you can skip them. I promise you that this is DVD you will enjoy taking part in and which you won't be tempted to send to the charity shop or leave gathering dust once you get started. This is one of 5 by this lady, I think this is the best one certainly to all levels and all ages and sexes. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose but your weight.

Excellent DVD - Highly recommend it
I have tried several Keep fit DVD's and found most of them are by women showing you how fit and toned they are and leaving you in no doubt after 5 mins that you won't be getting the DVD out of the box again. Great workout, dreadful presenter
Walking is my main form of exercise so I thought I would enhance it with this workout. The first 30 minutes are great, the tempo keeps you moving and I am sweating by the end of it. I’m not interested in the floor exercises so I ignore those. I’ve dropped one star because of the instructor. She has a voice that makes your ears bleed and a laugh that will make your fillings fall out. And she won’t. Shut. Up. Just talking all the time, most of it irrelevant. I now do the workout with her on mute and pop music playing. The routine is simple enough that I can follow along without her nasal babble filling the room.

Leslie Sansone - Belly Blasting Walk [DVD] ...
Purchased this DVD to try and help me to get fitter, and aid my weight loss. Reviews were good and I wanted something low impact. Tried it this morning for the first time. It was one of the best work out DVDs I have done, it did not hurt my knees and by the end of the first mile, I had worked up a major sweat, I was not able to complete the 2nd mile (really unfit) but its a start, it was easy to follow and had a timer on, which was good. It is the best workout DVD I have purchased and really enjoyed it. Cant wait to get fit enough to complete the second mile. I usually don't complete keep fit DVDs because they hurt my knees, I had no problem with this one. I did check leslie sansone on you tube, before I purchased this DVD.

Highly Recommended
Well what can I say - I read and read reviews on this DVD and was thinking it was all a little too good to be true. I am a back injury suffer and have put on some weight since being off work. I have trouble bending, sitting for long periods etc so was very apprehensive when trying out this DVD that I would be either able to actually do it, or that it would work, but for nearly £4 - what did I have to lose in trying? I did this 2 mile workout on day one, and was very surprised of not just how at ease doing this I felt, but also the workout and sweaty I was getting - with no pain at all. Leslie talks you through everything, and if you can't do something, you just go back to walking. 1 mile is around 15 mins and I kid you not before you know it half an hour has passed and you have completed the 2 miles! I have also tried the 3 miles workouts on youtube, and they are just as great. There are only 4 easy steps to learn and you can make the workout as powerful or as at ease as you wish. Leslie recommends walking 3 times a week - I have been walking 2 miles one day and them 3 miles the next then back to 2 miles with one rest day and in one week I have lost 5lbs. I have also slightly changed my eating my eating habits as you do with any exercise to lose weight. The only downside for me is that I cannot use the floor exercises shown on this DVD, sit ups etc, but upon speaking to a ex body-builder, sit ups are not good for your back anyway - the exercises with knee lifts and kicks throughout the workout are the equivalent to sit ups and will tone in a similar way :) I will be purchasing more of these DVDs just to change the music and workout order to keep it interesting but I do highly recommend Leslies program for anyone who is non-fitness or been struggling with disabilities.

Cannot hear the music
Two x 15 minute workouts which are easy to follow , then Floor exercises. Really good - but 2 stars knocked off as lesley’s Voice is louder than the music, which is a shame as you are supposed to walk to the beat. Despite this the exercises are good.

Really worthwhile
Absolutely great. I am able to do it most days. The floor work is done 2-3 times a week. It's not too tough for starters but tough enough to keep your interest as you become more fit. I have used it for a couple of months now and when I want to make it harder I use hand and ankle weights. It is not an odious task yet a really good work out. I've never stuck to a video for more than a couple of weeks but I'll continue with this.

Good workout for those who need to slow it down a bit
During lockdown I turned to my fitness dvd collection only to realise that non were really suitable for an approaching 61 year old. So I found this on amazon. It’s absolutely perfect for me, not too strenuous with some very good Pilates floor work included. I can complete the entire exercise programme but it always feels like I’ve worked hard. This is the workout I intend to be doing for the next 15 years (and maybe more).
