Product Description
A complete mix that contains real Toffee pieces to produce a moist and subtle Toffee cake. Requiring only the addition of water and oil to produce a moist, tender eating cake. Wright's Toffee cake mix works uniquely with bread making machines as well as in a 2lb loaf tin in your domestic oven. Producing an authentic, traditional style cake also suitable for loaf cakes, gateaux bases, slices or 16 individual cakes.

WHEAT Flour, (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Whole Dried EGG, Rapeseed Oil, Toffee Pieces (5%) (Sugar, Glucose, Full Cream Sweetened Condensed MILK, Rapeseed Oil, Butter Oil [MILK], Cellulose Fibre, Flavouring), Cellulose Fibre, Emulsifiers: E471, E475 Skimmed MILK Powder, Maltodextrin, Raising Agents: E450, E500, Flavourings, Salt, Whey Powder (MILK).

Directions
For each 500g bag of mix. Place 200ml water and 60ml vegetable oil into large mixing bowl. Add cake mix and blend to a smooth batter for 1 min.using electric mixer. (Or blend by hand or hand whisk). Place into lined tin and bake! It really couldn't be easier! Simple instructions on pack.

Great Product and tastes good
the product is great a bit expensive compared to the main supermarkets. My only complaint is the DATE 16/7/20 for an order on 10/3/20.
