Hasbro Gaming Jenga

We've had lots of great fun playing this game, wish we'd bought it sooner.

Bought for a family games night. The kids love it

The game is good, however ...1) The box is bigger than the original edition of the game so when put away the blocks fall all over the place. The old style box held them in place to make start of play a lot quicker to get set up. The box used to be difficult to get the game back in though so I can see why the bigger box, but it is now too big!2) the blocks are lighter. This means that it isn't able to sit on its own weight as well as the original designed game. Problems we had was that more often than not it is only the middle blocks that are loose enough to take out rather than the edge pieces. This spoils the game for those who piked to remove all or as many outside edge pieces as possible. The game play is also shorter as it tips easier than the old school game blocks.The game itself is fun and a must have in any collection. Kids fun it fun and adults find it an opportunity to be competitive.

This item has a great feel about it, I love traditional games and wooden toys, so this combined the two. Made from natural pieces of untreated wood Jenga is the usual stacking game which can be played literally "out of the box" Yes I mean if you carefully tip the box up you can stack them straight from the sturdy box in which they are contained. Play is simple you take it in turns to remove one of the wooden blocks from the stack without making it collapse. There is a certain tension to this game that seems to please all ages and even when you fully expect the stack to fall there is always that sudden shock each time when it does. There are many stacking games out there, they vary in both size and quality. Hasbro Jenga comes in a bright attractive box that has a premium quality feel. The blocks are well machined and smooth to touch and have a precise fit. I was very pleased with this purchase and I would highly recommend it especially to Amazon customer's who benefit from an excellent price.

As described, good quality, brilliant fun.

It's Jenga exactly as it should be, from the packaging down to the quality of the blocks I can't find a fault in this fun game. It can be tempting to pick up a bargain bin version of this game, however what you tend to find are small, rough blocks which give you splinters and have too much friction between them. The original Jenga suffers from none of these issues, the blocks are solid, smooth, and allow for complex and entertaining plays to be made.I bought Jenga to be used as a drinking game and attached sticky notes to each block with a forfeit/reward, so far it has been great fun and I have received great value for the price.

Love jenga. Although on this packaging it's a real pain to box back up. The sleeve in old days used to be plastic so you could stack it and slide it in the box. Now it's cardboard and the box is not square but rectangle and impossible to get in without bricks falling everywhere whist you try to feed it in the packing gap. Silly. Should be square with not spaces either side
