KarmaSmooth Black Paddle Putter Grip | Standard Size, Soft Comfortable Rubber

I have been doing golf club repair for over 50 years, going back to when shafts were pinned onto club heads and woods were made out of, well, wood, with nylon whipping on the neck. It wasn't that long ago that you could still get decent grips for a dollar each. I used to order grips from golf clubmaker/repair equipment supply companies (such as the now-defunct Golfsmith), and given what grips cost, you didn't have to think too much about it. Now, trying a find a decent grip at a reasonable price requires a bit of searching, which is how I found these Karma grips. I am satisfied with their design, quality, durability, and especially, price. In particular, these putter grips seem every bit as good as the Pro Only putter grips that used to dominate the putter market. These Karma grips may not be high-end enough to satisfy proficient golfers, but for the other 95% of the population, these are a very good option.

Needed a putter grip similar to the ping grip that was originally installed on my Ping putter.The feel, the thickness was both similar to the grip that was on my putter.Highly recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Low cost

This is a great grip at a great price. Had an issue during install where the taper inside the grip is pretty severe. I needed to use 3 layers of tape, with a 4th layer up at the butt end of the shaft, and it still didn't sit properly. Grip moves around a bit from about half way all the way to the butt.Kind of a bummer, but overall a very nice grip at a nice price.
