The wallet is very secure
The wallet is very secure requiring a passcode for physical access and only performs functions if you press the physical button, stopping hackers from taking control through a compromised pc.

product comes with signs of having been opened?
product comes with damage on the back, with signs that it was opened and tampered with?the quality of the product is poor, it is not "fully sealed", it makes me think that its security chip may be tampered with, I will definitely not use this

Excellent Value
Overall, this is a decent hardware wallet. Setup is easy, and it is quickly recognized on my Windows 11 device with the OneKey app using the included USB-C to USB-C cable. The screen on the device could be a little nicer but for this price point is appropriate. Functionally, it works well, with the ability to store a multitude of tokens, and the OneKey app on Windows is pretty good. It has enough physical controls to allow you to feel secure with the product, and I especially like the fact that it's not battery powered, allowing you to easily put it away somewhere safely knowing it is indeed cold storage and will be ready as soon as you plug it back in via USB.

Difficulty connecting to devices
I struggled a lot to get the device to show up on my desktop. Not sure what the issue was, but when in boot up mode it was always recognized.

Glitches and Missing Coins!
Support, non-existent.For no reason, my coins just disappear.The app totals don’t match what’s on my laptop app because some coins aren’t supported.Currently I'm missing 11 coins valued at over $25,000 that were transferred to the hardware wallet.Hardware wallets are supposed to be safer, right? It seems like I would be better off just keeping my coins on an exchange instead of dealing with this glitchy POS.

A Lite Cryptocurrency Hardware Wallet
Security seems to be top of mind from the makers of the OneKey Mini - Open Source Cryptocurrency Hardware Wallet. The tamper-proof seal provides peace of mind when dealing with your crypto assets. While this is a nice little starter wallet, I'd could really go for something with a larger screen. I like that the unit is open source, and supports over 1000 different tokens. I'd use this when traveling, or as a backup, while leaving my more expensive models at home. The OneKey Mini - Open Source Cryptocurrency Hardware Wallet, is a 5-star product that I would buy again.
