Is this Sesame Oil in a Glass bottle or plastic?

The plastic bottle is indeed BPA free, but if you will do some (easy web) search you will find that BPA free plastic is likely just as dangerous as BPA. Glass is preferred.

Is this massage oil or can I use this oil for swishing/oil pulling in the morning ??

Both. I use it for oil pulling and as a moisturizer.

The listing calls this "certified organic" but I do not see any such labeling on the bottle. Can anyone clarify this?

Banyan Botanical's Sesame oil is certified USDA organic. The USDA Organic stamp is on the label, just hiding on the back and is not visible in the photo.

why sesame oil as opposed to coconut oil? for now i alternate both

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Sesame oil is most beneficial when the dry quality is in excess, making it excellent for balancing Vata. Its heating nature can also be good for Kapha, though take care in cases of excess Kapha due to its heavy and building qualities. Coconut Oil is soothing, cooling, and easily absorbed which makes it an excellent massage oil for Pitta or for any time you feel the need to cool down and hydrate your body. Works well on my dry skin

I bought this to help my extremely dry skin during the cold winter months. It is wonderful, except it does have kind of a strong smell.I put the oil on as I get out of the shower. Then I do my hair etc. Then I put my lotion on (it has a very mild scent) and it all evens out. I’d recommend it! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
