A fat 10 inches
If you like Biltong, you'll love this.Ordered the 500g medium, got 500g medium. I then proceeded to utterly demolish 500g medium over the course of a single day (Whoopsie).Absolutely delicious.My only gripe is the fat content impacting the edible-product-to-weight ratio. I like a little fat, it adds flavour and texture variety but this was literally two 10-inch strips of thick fat. You need to do a little trimming, guys. I ordered 500g of Biltong, not 450 and waste.Overall though, it's the best Biltong I've ever tasted. Will definitely order again, many times and I highly recommend it.

Excellent biltong, some of the best i’ve had in the UK.Would have received 5 stars if they used big chewy strips rather than slices.
