2 1/2 Hose Adapter Compatible with Dewalt DW735 & DW735x Planer - Made in USA!

This is the only brand of hose adapters, I have found, that works with Festool and locks. Fit my Dewalt planer perfectly.

Easy install and holds on tight. Being able to easily attach a vacuum hose is a game changer. Great product.

I was pleased that this is available, and it fit well over the port. I wish it were just a bit longer so that the 2 1/2" had more support. It is a bit pricey.

Great fit. Just what I needed

The media could not be loaded. Wow! Just what I needed! Been having issues with trying to get a connection solid enough so that the 735’s internal fan wouldn’t blow off the hose! This simple, elegant adapter does the trick AND allows me to still quickly switch the hose from my Rigid shop vac to the other tools in my small shop. Great product and well worth the $$ in time savings!

This is such a simple but elegant solution if you don’t have 4in dust collection and are using say a shop vac with a 2 1/2in hose. It is a 3d printed part however, it must’ve been printed on a very high quality printer as you’d think it were injection molded. Make sure to clean the planer side first as the tolerances are very tight and even a little dust may not allow it to slip on. It’s a very tight fit. Very happy with my purchase!

I received another brand adapter (made in China) and it would not fit my ShopVac. I returned that one and ordered this one (made in USA), and it fits perfectly! It only comes with the one yellow piece and is made to attach to the larger vacuum adapter that came with the planer. It's a snug fit, but works great.
