Q: Is this a full overhead mask?

It is and isn’t. It is not the same material all the way around but it has black fabric that covers the back of your head and keeps the mask on.

Q: I want to put this on a wreath, would it be ok for that?

I don't see why not. The picture makes it look like it bends and looks like rubber but it's a hard thin plastic round mask that does not bend with an elastic string for going around your head that you can easily remove and it's a good size. My fiance wore it for last Halloween.

Very big (even for adults)

Looks the part bur unfortunately the mask was huge and apparently I have a small head! Ended up being my passenger on the headrest in my car.
