I’ve purchased this product multiple times and they work very well. They provide great relief for dry eyes and are easy to use. I’ll definitely keep buying them.

When I get home, Systane Hydration Preservative-Free Eye Drops are one of the first things I reach for. They provide immediate relief without any burning or irritation, and I love that they’re preservative-free, which matters when you’re using drops regularly. These actually hydrate—not just a quick slick that wears off in minutes. My eyes feel calmer and more comfortable, especially on long call days or after staring at monitors nonstop. The multi-dose bottle is convenient and hygienic, and I keep one in my work bag and one by my bed. If you work in healthcare, deal with dry or tired eyes, or wear contacts, these are a must-have.

Like I'm sure so many others, I tried liking the dispensing nozzle, but even after many months I cannot get used to it. Every time it's either not enough or way too much. I know it's not just my handling of the bottle, I also use the small vials on the go, and I know exactly how much I'm getting in my eye each time, even though there are multiple doses in there as well. I will keep using it because they're the best eye drops that work really well for my eyes. I do not leave home without a vial in my pocket! Systane, please redesign the dispenser to make it easier on us and make this a 5-star product. Once a better design that actually works gets introduced, I will update my rating.

These drops have helped so much after multiple eye surgeries to relieve dry eyes. Other formulas by the same company work well, I tried them all, but the hydration just feels better for me. For extra comfort, I like to refrigerate them.

I've been meaning to buy these drops for the better part of a year. I kept forgetting to purchase them or didn't have enough money. I finally got them and will start buying them in place of Refresh preservative free eye drops. The primary reason being that I don't like throwing out so much plastic whereas with Systane eye drops the liquid comes in a big bottle with many uses at half the price. The drops work well, and fairly easy to use. My eyes aren't hurting from using them and my eyes do feel better after application. All is well. Thank you.

Would give these 1000 stars if I could. When my dry eye issues started really torturing me, I tried more than a few different kinds of drops, but this brand...hands down...is the best without a prescription. These are preservative free and wonderful relief! So, if you have issues with preservatives, these will definitely work for you, imho. I really love and appreciate the bottle design as well! It's actually genius what they've done with this. The dropper part has to be stubby on account of the preservative free nature of this formula, as the longer spouts can breed bacteria in general with any PF formula. The bottle is an easy squeeze with no struggle. But the brilliance is in the way the dropper opening is a contrasting dark blue colour, which makes it very easy to see from the eye receiving the drops, resulting in no wasted drops. Being able to actually see where the dropper opening is in relation to the eyeball surface has resulted, for me, in very few missed doses cuts way down on wasting drops. Nothing worse than missing the mark and ending up with drops on your face and not in your eye, am I right? The drops last for hours and are so soothing. I start out with one drop in each eye first thing in the morning, and they last all day, at least til dinner. Then I might do one more dose around that time, if needed and then I'm good for the rest of the day. 4 drops daily with soothing relief = the only choice for me. Cannot live without these and the price is decent, too. Very highly recommend!

I like the eye drops, and they do offer dry eye relief. my issue with the container. After you get half-way through the bottle, it is really hard to squeeze it out, since the bottle is very flimsy and soft. The bottle needs to be sturdier.
