I recently picked up these renewed Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and I have zero regrets – they're fantastic! The Hi-Fi sound is crystal clear with deep bass and immersive 360 Audio that makes music, podcasts, and calls feel premium. The active noise cancellation does an excellent job blocking out distractions, whether I'm working, commuting, or just relaxing. The comfort fit is spot-on with the right ear tips – they stay secure during movement, and the IPX7 water resistance gives peace of mind for workouts or light rain. Conversation Mode is a smart touch; it seamlessly lowers the volume and lets ambient sound in when someone talks to you – super handy in daily life. Occasionally, there's a minor beep noise (maybe from ANC adjustments or notifications), but it's rare and not disruptive at all – definitely not enough to be an issue. For a renewed unit, the build quality looks and feels like new, battery life holds up great, and pairing with my Samsung phones is effortless. It works great! I bought it refurbished and it definitely an upgrade from the original Buds Pro! Better noise canceling, sound and better design as well! It does work with older models such as the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The case fells so nice but can easily get scratched if left in pocket with car keys and other hard objects. Battery life is not bad at all, as both buds can last 2+ hours or more, even if you you use it longer and the battery dies out, it charges super quickly. The case should charge the earbuds 3 around full battery cycles, more or less. I've read reviews about the bad comfort from the Buds 3 so I chose this one, refurbished. Good as new!

I love the purple and they're so soft. They don't fit as well as the bud2s but they're still better than most earbuds. I wish the noise canceling was stronger (the bud2s are better for that), but it takes the edge off at least. Never had complaints from people on the other end of calls and the sound was always clear for me too. Easy connection and setup. Battery life was real good. I wish they would make a noise or show up on the location when they're dead or closed (like they should have a reserve just for that). My case quit charging the earbuds unless its plugged it. I wish I could just buy a replacement case.

This is my second "Amazon Renewed" purchase and I couldn't be happier. I'm very particular about the condition of the products I buy (I like to be the first to put a scratch on it) and these products don't disappoint. I always choose "excellent condition" and what I have received is essentially brand new, in fact I see no signs of wear at all. If it wasn't for the different packaging, I'd never know it wasn't brand new, but for a fraction of the cost! I will always choose Amazon Renewed products when it is an option for me. Oh, and these earbuds are really nice! My second pair. I don't like the style with the stems, so these are a perfect option for me. I'm not an audiophile, but I like good sound and good bass and these do very well. Fit is very good, stay in my ears well. Very, very happy with my purchase!

One of the best headphones I’ve ever had. They deliver great sound quality and perform really well. The only downside is their physical condition, which doesn’t look as good as expected, but aside from that, this has been one of the best purchases I’ve made.

What you should know! These are the best buds I have used and also my second pair. I don't like the stem on the buds pro3 and have read the sound isn't as good. These buds are awesome! I am sure if you find some in good condition you will agree. Tech Kings This is the seller which I purchased these from. They were clean and pound just as hard as my first pair. They come with a short charging cord and only 2 sets of tips. Was a little disappointed about that as my first came with 3 pair. Be smart when cleaning! I use these a lot! That being said these buds get dirty. Be easy when cleaning them! I ruined my first pair and had to order replacements. I would do so again in a heartbeat as I love them. I hope the pro buds 4 do away with the stupid stem design and go back to this compact style.

I was hesitant about these, no wing tips (like my buds plus) and used. Would they fit in my ears? Would the battery be in good condition? Well, my fears were put to rest pretty quick. They stay in my ears perfect, are comfortable, and practically brand new. Onto the details. Sound: Very nice. I am able to hear instruments that I didn't hear so clearly on the buds plus. And these are a fair bit louder. The first ear buds I've had where I don't feel the need to max the volume, and I've been using earbuds since they were invented. Bass is strong for ear buds as well, and they don't have any noticeable distortion. Comfort: Very comfortable, but this is a your mileage may vary sort of thing. Battery: At slightly above half volume I got 14% battery usage in one hour without ANC. That would translate to 7.14 hours of battery life. Turning down the volume it's very likely I'd get the advertised 8 hours. So, the battery hasn't degraded very much despite being used. If you need more than 7 hours of uninterrupted listening and want to use these with volume above half, I wouldn't recommend these. That said, the case charges them very fast, so if you're fine taking a few minute break in such a long listening season, or you don't plan on listening longer than 7 hours then you're not gonna have problems. Controls: Very sensitive and accurate. Can still use the ear tap to raise and lower volume. Nice and customizable. No complaints. Features: I've got no complaints, though I don't buy head phones for features. That said, ambient mode sounds very accurate. Much better than the buds plus. Active noise cancelling is a nice feature to have, though it's not my thing. Connectivity: I haven't tested the exact limits, but Bluetooth 5.3 definitely allows you to move pretty far from your phone without losing connection. With my old buds plus I felt tethered to my phone. Sure, I could move a few feet away, but with the buds 2 pro I can move a lot further than that. This is awesome. Overall, I'm sure there are better headphones nowadays, but if you like the controls of Samsung's ear buds, you want loud clear ear buds with good connectivity, and you don't mind the aforementioned battery limits, then these are a great deal for the price.

Edit: I'll leave my previous written review, but I'm changing my one star up to four stars. A couple of days after I wrote my frustrations here, both the crackling earbud and the accidental hair tapping magically stopped. I don't know why it did, but I'm happy with it now. Original review is below this point . The refurbished part of this product is not great. There are some expected details such as smudges on the case and the rubber ear pieces are somewhat worn. I don't mind that part. I do mind that the right earbud crackles in my ear randomly. It was comparatively cheap to buying new, so I figured I'd leave an extra star, but my hair is also constantly tapping it and pausing, playing, and even skipping around songs or books I'm listening to. Maybe it's not bad for most people, but unfortunately I don't have the option of putting my hair up, so it's practically unusable. I had the buds pro before I got the buds pro 2, and I've had more unintentional hair taps in 2 days with these than I've had in the 3 years I had the last ones. Again, maybe it's just me, but it is certainly frustrating.
