Cellbell chair quality is great after using more than 6 month I am finally writing this review it support my back as I have swelling isse in L1-L5 disk that cause pain in my legs also. And now it's relax even after seating for 9 hours a day. Headrest is best to catch some relax time while working . Thanks cellbell

Packaging : The product was very well packed and was received as a single box. All parts were present inside and they were packed well protected. Tools required to assemble the chair is also included. Delivery: the product was delivered as promised and due to the great packaging, it was damage free. Looks: the chair comes in a grey and black colour combination and it looks very premium. The fit and finish is very good. Assembly: Assembling the chair is a quite easy, though it would take a little while to figure it out. It did. It come with any instruction sheet, but once laid out, you can figure out how to assemble it. It can be assembled single handedly, though having some to help you will make It easy. As an Allen key required to assemble it is included, assembling it was quick. From Opening the package to assembling it fully, it took about 20 mins max. Product and its comfort: the chair is very comfortable and it ergonomics is great. The incline function works great. This particular model does not have adjustable height for the arm rest. That is something that I am missing. The seating height adjuster works great. Cons: the only 2 issues I face with this chair are: 1. As mentioned earlier, I would have preferred height adjuster in the arm rest too. 2. I think the base (with the wheels) has a slight incline in one direction. I feel the chair inclines slightly in one direction. But rotating the base helps solve this. Otherwise, a great buy at this price point. I am satisfied with this. One star is for the lack of instructions and the fact that my chair seems to tilt a little on one side only (Which can be solved). Not a matter of big concern. I will defintely recommend this product.

Great product

Very poor quality. I have been facing problems with this chair ever since it arrived. It initially came with a dent in the cushion, which I got replaced after dealing with poor customer support. Even after the replacement, the alignment was still off. The chair is tilted to one side, and you can clearly feel it when sitting. Now, after one year of ownership—and despite not using it very frequently—the backrest has broken. The plastic build quality is extremely poor. I would strongly recommend going for a different brand.

I recently bought the Cellbell Chair shown in the picture for my work-from-home office setup. It has arrived as well packed, quality is found to be good and meeting my expectation. , I did try to fix it myself - the backrest alignment was incorrect ( it may happen rarely i think though) such that it not straightforward to fit the screws, and Ive to aply all my energy to somehow stretch to do, but still after a week one of the screw came out at the backrest. I've attached all photos above already. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product quality and delivery, although it's slightly expensive than the earlier one I had to swap with this. Its worth the cost and quality, seem very durable, built quality is very good.

Good

Bad: Came with lot of dents and scratches . The arm rest is not padded as told in the description, it’s just hard plastic. The head rest is too loose doesn’t hold the set position. Armrest is not adjustable, it’s fixed. Good: Height adjustable headrest. Good lumbar support.
