Bought this a year ago. It took some time and effort for intial setup but then it worked. We thought that now things will be OK but this product has mind of its own. It silently went blind and non functional, while we were away from home. When try to reset first it was completely irresponsive. Now it started to make strange beep beep noise (as in video). Now it's out of one year warranty so can't expect to get any support also to fix this or make it reusable. Absolutely not recommended.

Easy setup system, build quality charger n wire seems good But do not expect quality output like other recent products don't seems to be 2mp , all time lagging problems. Most of times It shows "OFFLINE" Very Poor connectivity jyada time disconnected rehta h. It is not worth for me. not a happy go item .

Camera image not that great. Also operation is bit complicated at starting. after evey restart camera looks upwards. need lot of improvement. I am using MI 360 it is really amazing .price does matter here.

Little delay on streming videos

This device cannot be directly recognised and set up using the Alexa app Like all other Amazon made alexa devices, instead you will have to install a third-party "smart life" app and then link it to your alexa app. Unlike other Amazon made alexa devices I don't think Amazon certifies the digital safety of this device. Some points 1) Audio on my device is distorted 2) inverted view for ceiling mount is not available 3) Camera movement is sluggish and noisy 4) Patrol function is time bound, it seems to stop after a few hours by itself Hope there's a firmware update soon to address some of these issues

Hi.the product is good but this specific piece stooped working after a month. We barely used it and it's not working any more . Need to exchange it since we are not able to repair this one. Since it's less than 6 months old.hoping there is a warranty on the product.

Great picture and sound quality. Smart wi-fi camera. DIY camera. Easy to operate with your phone. Happy with my purchase. I mounted on ceiling and it's working great.

The camera timing changes every time the light has gone, and the recording shows the wrong time. You have to restart the device to record the right time recording. It's so irritating, that you can't find the right timing if something is happening.
