This worked great! My shark hadn’t been used a quite a while and the battery that came with it was toast. This battery not only fit perfectly but my shark was charged in no time! Great value for the product and it was super easy to install. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Battery only lasted a few months and now while it still can clean a majority of my basement on a charge, the vacuum notices the charge is low and will try and go back to the base to charge before finsihing its job but never makes it that far. It lasts for about a minute once the vacumm notices the charge is low. Didn't have this issue with the orginal battery. Update: purchased another new battery from elsewhere and same issue where vacuum just stops shortly after noticing low battery so clearly an issue with my vacuum and not the battery. Updated to 5 stars as works same as my new battery.

This battery only lasted 7 months and now it won't charge past 5%. Very disappointed. My original battery lasted years. It was great right out the box, it fit perfectly, and I though the value was good but NOT if I have to buy another one every year.

We’ve purchased three of these FirstPower 3.2Ah replacement batteries over the years for our Shark Ion robot vacuum models. Two of them worked exactly as expected right out of the box and restored our vacuum’s runtime to a level very close to what we experienced when it was new. Installation was straightforward, and once installed, the vacuum charged normally and resumed its regular cleaning cycles without issue. In day-to-day use, the battery delivers consistent performance for routine floor cleaning. For us, that means maintaining hardwood and low-pile carpet areas on a standard schedule. It’s significantly more cost-effective than replacing the entire vacuum, and when the battery functions properly, it’s a practical way to extend the life of the unit. The reason this isn’t a 5-star rating is that one of the three batteries we ordered did not work upon arrival. To Amazon’s credit, the return and replacement process was smooth and hassle-free, but receiving a nonfunctional unit does raise some minor quality-control concerns. That said, with two out of three performing well long term, we would still consider it a reasonable aftermarket replacement option.
