Good foam roller, worth it
Works great, no need to buy a more expensive one.I saw others for $79 ?? I don't see a need to spend so much money for foam... on that note, this one was one of the more realistically priced options. It works well, it's as hard as any other foam roller I've tried and firm when you roll on it. From the quality, unless your throwing it around and scratching it, I don't see why it'd fall apart - I expect this to last a long time.I'm 5'3 and average size so I went with the smaller one. My boyfriend is 5'11 and fairly thin (162 lbs) so I think this size would work for him as well. I'd say for someone bigger in general, like 5'10 and 190 lbs, the bigger option might be more comfortable to use.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is anotherTikTok buy. I hate that I’m so easily influenced, but this foam roller has been a godsend to helping me with my diastasis recti exercises. There’s an influencer that posts exercises to close the gap in your abdomen due to childbirth and she uses this foam roller under the small of her back for exercises targeted to closing that gap. I am so glad I bought this because it is making these exercises a lot more tolerable and I’m starting to see better results in my abdomen from using this foam roller instead of just laying on the floor.

Good to help with recovery.
We have a 36 inch foam roller but this one is half the size and convenient for when you have less space in a room it does what it's supposed to so it's a good purchase.

i use this each and every time my back feels a bit tweaked and immediately I feel relief I also use it daily just to loosen and stretch don't know why I waited so long to get one I'll never not have one it travels with met oo cant say enough how much this has helped my stuck pinched cranky cracky back
