I have the bed of nails “pillow” and mat, but this one lets you target a specific area - a great product!

Careful when you sleep in it
Thought I'd sleep with it on my inner thigh as having musle pain in that area, must have moved through the night and ended up between my legs, my plums look like a pair of kiwi fruit with a golf ball texture not to mention my gooch is pitted too !

Poor product AVOID
Rubbish product, basic ribbon tie doesn't let you tie it tight enough to work properly. Should have been velcro. Disgusting that I cannot return it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Brilliant quality
Really well made, this is great If you don't want to use the full mat, or if you wanted to take it to work or somewhere else. Or just need to use it for a specific part of the body like your lower back. Worth the money as the quality is great
