Awesome Scooter!
I bought this scooter for my girlfriend who weighs about 160 and she absolutely loved it.What we like about it is that1)the standing board is wider than most scooters2)The clearance from the ground is higher than other scooters3)10 in wheels4)Bright front light and side reflectors5)Love the bright color6)Love the speed!With that said, in general, the less you weigh the easier the scooter will carry you I'm about 250 and carries me just fine. The 1 thing I would improve on is the rear tire the air nip is hard to get to but to go around this get a 90 degree air pump because it's a tight fight. In general we love the scooter it's so much fun!

Great scooter. Lots of fun. Great value for money. Sellers are great to work with. Had some challenges with chargers, but Seller very helpful and on top of it. Took a little time but overall Great service. Thank you again.

Does not come as shown
Item works so far. Honestly disappointed that the deck says e-scooter on it. That is not what the photos show. Not even sure I got what I ordered for 500.00

Love the cruise control feature
The media could not be loaded. The tires are huge. The 10 inch rubber pneumatic tires are perfect for shock absorption. Going over small cracks in the pavement doesn’t affect my balance at all. The very large platform is suitable for my men’s size 10 shoe. I am able to stand on it comfortably without a lot of pressure on the arches of my foot. Which allows me to be on this for an extended period of time without a lot of fatigue. Speaking of fatigue with this awesome built in cruise control I do not get throttle thumb fatigue!

Very low overall quality, including customet service.
The 1st product delivered to me was defective, it won't even turn on. So I tried to charge the batteries 1st and then tried turning it on again, but to no avail. So I setup for an exchange. The replacement scooter arrived 3 days later.The replacement product at least will turn on. So I charged it overnight as instructed. Following day, I tried turning it on and it did, but won't move forward. I tried tje troubleshooting tips from the brochure, but it didn't help either. So I tried touching all the wires, making sure all connections are tight. That seems to work! I was able to use the scooter for 2 weeks and started enjoying it. However, after 2 weeks, tje motor seemed to fail. After a full charge, it will only run for 6-7 mph with no load and at highest speed mode, which is supposed to go for 15.5 mph max. With me on the scooter, it will only go for 4 mph and eventually die in several seconds.So I arrange another replacement, but mfr. says they will only allow for 1 replacement. So here lies the difficulty of contacting the mfr. Cust Svc. So after several messages and gping back and forth with them I decided to just get a full refund.My experience with this product is full of frustration, anger and disappointment. Please do not buy this scooter and save yourself a headache!

Clip broke First day of having scooter and does not fully chatge
I Bought this scooter for our family outings lots of my family members already have Electric scooters and I liked that this had a wide board And was very excited to try it I charged it for 24 hours before using it and had to charge it again within the first 15 miles which is a pain All my other family members that had different brands did not have to charge as often and did not have as much trouble going up hills as mine it is very heavy and while pulling it out of my trunk the clip That holds the handlebars down Snapped Now I have to call to get it replaced 😔👎

Positive initial impression
Very impressed at what I've seen so far. Charged it up on Sunday, ridden back and forth from train to job(4 miles round trip), it's Wednesday and the battery indicator reads full. Very smooth and quiet ride. Braking is strong/solid! Top mph is 15. Wishing it was a tad faster...say 18-20. But....

Left me stranded
Says it's good for up to 25 miles...didn't even go half of that for me. I went on a 5 mile ride on the aqueduct and what do you know, 1 mile back and the battery is DEAD. Went from half level to 0 in 1 mile. Left me stranded to walk the entire way back carrying this thing. Returning it. Hopefully due to a bad battery pack but that's not my problem, the manufacturer should check the quality of each battery pack so customers aren't left stranded with the idea of 25 miles (of which I was just trying to get TEN miles...5 miles in and 5 miles back).
