Pricey but high quality
This is by far the best quality chopping board we have had so I am hoping we get many years of use from it. This particular model is the thinnest one listed on Amazon and personally I would not want to have it any thicker as it would become just a bit too heavy and awkward to handle. The same goes for the size and the next one up would be too big for our work surfaces and cupboards,

although had to wait for the correct oil in which to put on the first time - it is now proving to be a great board

Do not waste your money
Would give it no stars if i could. Oiled it monthly and it still split. What a complete waste of money. DO not buy this item.

Recommended Boos Board
I love this board. It arrives untreated so I’ve oiled & waxed it & it’s just superb. Rock hard maple is brilliant, I recommend this Boos board!

Came with a chip/splinter
I took it out the pack and noticed it had a splinter/chip in it about 3/4” long. I didn’t even get to use it
