Not really high strength but easy to get teen to take. We do try and get most vitamins and minerals etc from our food so these are just an add on. I personally didn’t notice any improvement in energy levels or clarity.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after trying multiple brands of vitamin gummies, I can tell you that taste and texture wise those are the best. They taste so good I literally eat them as a snack
