Cat went mental on Christmas day for a while - gave us time to unwrap some presents in peace!You have to put the catnip in inside and it's sealed with a bit of velcro.Dog then decided it was hers, so cat may have been put off as it now stinks of dog breath, rather than catnip.

I bought 2 Kong cat toys. This mouse and the yellow duck.It's a traditional shaped mouse with a long natural feather tail. It has a velcro opening on its belly, so you can fill it with catnip. The catnip you get with the toy is enough to 'stuff' the toy 3 or 4 times. After play it will probably need restuffing. The velcro holds the catnip inside very well.It's a hit with my cat but as he already has other mice - without catnip, it's not his favourite, that is definitely his now very soggy Yellow Duck.

Our cat plays with this toy on his own sometimes, so I think he actually likes it. The feathers were reduced to less than half the original amount (in a couple months) but the fact that some are still holding on means it's not too bad! The refillable catnip is actually quite a good amount that comes in a separate container, it's going to last a long time, that's great. Every time I change the catnip the toy gets attacked more often for a while so I think it really is a good cat toy that keeps on giving!

Catnip can turn any ferocious beast of a feline into a docile purring fluff bag, and this toy only serves to enhance that experience. Our resident moggy-in-chief loves this toy, with its different textures of fur and feather, she has spent many happy hours licking this toy and rolling around cuddling it.Agreed, the packaging leaves a little to be desired, but the product wasn't damaged. The cat loves it and I got it as an add on item so got a great price. Will absolutely buy another as the fluffy overlord plays with it so often.

My cat loves Kong toys and doesn't get bored of them. My only complaint about this one is that the tail feathers lasted about two days, they were really easy to rip out - then again, I haven't found a single feathered cat toy that can stand up to a determined kitty attack!

Bought as a spare - my kitten loves his Kong feather mouse so much. Amazing, given the abuse it's suffered, the feather tail has remained intact. It really winds him up that he can't pull the feathers out. My cat also really likes the beaver version (which if you stuff with a pair of tights, looks and behaves very much like a dead rodent). A very well made, durable toy, that can be refilled with any catnip/silvervine/valerian. I highly recommend this product.

Just arrived, took it off the backing card so I could fill it up and give it to my cat. But before my cats can even lay a paw on it, it has holes in it, where it hasn't been sewn together.

I think this might be the Carlsberg of cat toys! My cat loves it, and carries it around to all his favourite places. There are plenty of feathers in the tail, so even thought 3 have been chewed off, it doesn't look bald. It has lasted well thus far, but when the time comes I will most definitely be buying more.
