The flash cards are well made and easy to read. As someone who bought these after not passing the test the first time I can say the flash cards include relevant information and cover needed material to help prepare for the exam. I would not use them as the only or primary study tool but they are a great addition to use when you’re burnt out from reading/reviewing the NAHQ Test Prep book and notes you may have taken.

Very good study set. My only complaint or reason for not giving 5 stars is because the cards are small and the font is very small. That said, the material is good and relevant to the test.

Having flashcards that break down the key terminology related to processes and programs related to the overall Quality Improvement Initiatives is really helpful. I am genuinely grateful for the CPHQ study cards, which helped me focus on the key priority concepts for testing purposes. I recommend buying this product to assist you with preparation for the CPHQ exam.

I bought several study resources and found this one somewhat helpful. The cards work better for some categories / content than others. I personally found the online quizzes through Mometrix (available with purchase of their book) were a better way to study.

These flash cards are great. They are helping me to prepare for my certification as a CPHQ. I love that it has a lot of practice questions.

Not bad, I would recommend but I wouldn’t rely solely on it to pass my exam. I’m still studying and will update you all soon.

Having just passed the CPHQ and studied the official NAHQ Study materials, I can confirm the study questions on here are trash. They do not reflect the kinds of questions asked on the test and even contradict some definitions from the latest NAHQ book, which is what the test is based on. Save your money and invest in the NAHQ HQ Solutions book if you have to pick one resource.
