It's solid value for the money. It's as good as anything else I've ordered from Amazon. I have wire I've ordered from Mammoth, Stew Mac and other retailers. That wire is different in that it has a touch of stiffness to the wire. I'm used to it, and it makes it easy to work with for things such as pushing it through the openings inside a guitar. When wiring a pedal, it tends to stay where you put it. The silicone that has become so prevalent just bends and droops. If you need to push it through the opening from the neck pickup cavity to the control cavity, it is too pliable and you can't push it through easily, particularly if there are other wires already in place.It's a simple and perhaps silly thing to dwell on, but it's my preference and I have bought other wire from Amazon attempting to get a wire that is stiffer. This brand is just about right. The PVC covering will melt if you keep a soldering iron on it too long, which is to be expected, but it isn't as quick to react as silicone.You get a nice amount of wire for the price, it's a good quality and it performs well in all aspects. I'll continue to buy this brand as long as it's available.

This is such a great kit to have for any small electrical project. It offers various cables in different colors. The Box it comes in organizes it as well as distributes it to keep all your cables neat and organized in one place.Since the gauge of the cable is fairly small you don't need to worry about it not being able to twist and bend. I thought the size of it would be larger but its almost the same size if not smaller than a small personal soda bottle.

Arrived in perfect condition. Smaller than expected but is ok. Will use this up on a Bronco rewire task.

I'm sure there are pricier alternatives with better specs, but this wire is a reasonable and inexpensive choice for general electronic use.The insulation is easy to strip. The insulation does shrink back a little when you're tinning the wire and soldering connections, but I didn't have any problems with it. The wire tins well using regular non-leaded rosin-cored solder.The dispenser box is handy, and I especially like that I was able to purchase different sizes - I bought 24, 22, and 20 gauge - to suit my various needs.

Most wire now sold uses silicone which I hate - PVC is far better for wiring in enclosures. This is good quality wire which was easy to solder. I will be buying some additional gauges. The box dispenser works nicely.
