I ordered this case as well as Spigen's so I'd be able to compare the two side by side. I'm really impressed with the build quality of this one, and was very disappointed with the poor in-hand quality of the Spigen. This case feels sturdy in hand, and I like the middle placement of the kickstand. The grip texture on the handles offers good purchase without being too aggressive or slippery. The overall anesthetics are, in my opinion, good without going too far into GAMERZ territory. I think the inclusion of the see through backside is neat. Overall a great value for your money, and it fits inside the official steam case, which is a major plus. As far as I can tell the case doesn't mash the thumbsticks, but YMMV

Really good case for the Steam Deck. I love the color, and it offers good protection for the case. Kickstand comes in really handy and lessens strain on your wrists when you place it down. Doesn't really add to the size in a huge amount, so not bulky. A little tricky to install the case, not by much though.

Decent. Slips on with some force, doesn't slip off unless intentionally worked. Additional weigh is negligible. Doesn't interfere with other buttons. Adds a modicum of thickness that is still comfortable in my small hands. Fits in the case with a caveat. The power button is too thick. On the deck, the power button is flush with the device. Because it protrudes from the form, it's possible to turn the Deck on while it's in it's case on accident. You can feel it warming the case from the outside. I'm tempted to either file it down or somehow make a button guard in the case. Kickstand still works great after 9 months and I can't imagine not having one. I shot this thing with a literal 10 watt laser and the only thing that's happened to it is it's a little cracked in that area. Durability simply isn't a concern. To earn a fifth star: The power button would somehow have to be low enough to stop triggering the deck while stowed, but still pliable enough to be triggered at will. Also, while not essential, I agree that a strip above the shoulder button (that somehow didn't interfere with it at the same time) would make me feel better.

I always find myself needing a stand for my steam deck. This is a great option. It feels great in the hand and the kick stand seems robust enough.

I LOVE this case. I, first, bought it in black for my black steam deck oled. My partner just bought me the white steam deck oled, and the grey version is a PERFECT match for it. This case is not cheap at all. It’s very sleek, high-quality, and perfectly molded to fit the device. It has a sturdy kickstand. And… The steam deck WILL fit in the carrying case with this on it! The only downside is docking it. You cant dock it with the case on, but I don’t usually put it up on my tv. So, to me, it’s not a big deal. I guess the only other thing, which should be obvious, is that this case may make the steam deck a little “bulkier.” The steam deck is already a big device, so any protective case worth getting is going to make the form factor larger. Overall, this is the ONLY case worth buying.

This case is very easy to put on and off. I did see another review talking about how it is more rectangular at the grips, and I agree. The edge is definitely more flat than curved so it does jab a little bit in your palm. But it is not painful or uncomfortable, just different. And while it does technically fit in the valve steam deck case, it is a little tight. But not tight enough to do damage to the joysticks (I cannot press down from the top of the case when closed to activate the joystick button). Overall great case. I will say that I was not a fan of the packaging, it was a plastic sleeve similar to the plastic for a pencil box. I wish it was just a box and not more plastic waste.

Yes my TV stand was dirty, ignore that. I had found a skin that I loved for my Steam Deck and wanted a good silicone protection to the back because everytime I set it down on a hard surface I felt it was too jarring. However, I wanted to continue to see my decal. This protector I'd PERFECT. It fits very well, nice and snug, the clear backing allows me to see my skin and the stand has been wonderfully handy. I am scared I may accidentally snap it eventually though. My deck has played Warframe no issues, no over heating. The buttons do need to be pressed a little more firmly for volume but I hardly use that anyway. Love ut!

This case is a 5/5 for me the quality is nice! & if you have the limited edition white steam deck it’ll go so perfectly! This is an absolute must buy. I wouldn’t recommend anything else especially if you want that white one grey vibe. System looks amazing. Also includes kick stand n the back of it. 10/10

Produto muito bom, é uma capa rígida pra realmente proteger o Deck de quedas ou batidas, o único contra até agora é que ele aumenta a espessura do Deck deixando ele bem apertado na case original.

Fits the steam deck well, and is quite ergonomic without adding much to the thickness, and feels secure too. The stand is a good bonus. It's a bit of a tight fit in the steam deck box, but overall okay and no complaints.

The case's quality is great for its price. Looks well made, provides accessible area for using a dock/charger and micro sd card and also came with a nice package . My best choice so far as all the chinese steam deck cases that I bough were either cheaply made or wouldnt fit properly on the steam deck. i find it quite comfortable to use it (I have big hands). However, im not so sure if those with small hands would feel the same way . the only drawback is that you have to put a bit of pressure so your steam deck will fit properly in its original travel case.

Bonne petite coque pas trop lourde mais bien solide, avec un stand étonnement qualitatif malgré son aspect plastique très cheap. Joli design de la coque à l'arrière avec la partie transparente, les petits détails qui font un peu "futuristes" sans tomber dans le ridicule. J'aime beaucoup ! En revanche, je n'accroche pas du tout au design anguleux des poignées sur le coté ainsi que leur manque de texture. On sent que c'est juste du plastique tout lisse, et au bout de quelques minutes je sens les poignées s'enfoncer de façon très désagréable dans la paume de mes mains. C'est tolérable au début, mais j'ai remarqué que j'étais beaucoup plus susceptible de développer des crampes en utilisant cette coque que la coque Skull & Co, par exemple, qui elle est beaucoup plus arrondie en plus d'être texturée là où il faut. Dommage !
