After searching for good magnifying glasses for my four-year-olds, I stumbled across these ones. I avoided buying them for a long time because of the price, but I wish I hadn't! My kids have loved these from the moment we opened the box! I was so surprised by these, mostly because we bought them used. But were they? I don't think so, they look brand new with absolutely no wear! Not a single scratch on them when they arrived, and after a month of use by my family, they are still in great condition! We take two of them everywhere! The park, on walks, and even when we go to Grandma's house! The kids always find something to look at an are so excited to have these! The stand is another bonus, as it makes a great center piece to our table, encouraging the kids to explore their world everyday. Overall, this was a great purchase and I highly recommend!

BEST TOY EVER!!! I have been raising and working with children for over forty years now, so I have scene my share of toys and play. Our triplet grandchildren were coming to town (18 mo. Old) and I needed to add some new toys to our collection. The TOTAL surprise, HEAVY hitter, were these Magnifying glasses and their rainbow of eyecatching color. I knew these toys were for pre-kindergartners, and so I expected them to be somewhat disposable. So far they are surviving and thriving with hard use. Super happy with this purchase! When/if they break I will buy more!

Love it for the colors and use for kids, the only downfall is the stand which is locked in the rim of the magnifier frame...its too flimsy and will surely break with use by kids or adults :)

We bought them for our nursery science and discovery corner. They are sturdy and easy to grip. Tge glass scratched quite quickly but tgey were looking at rocks so that probably didn't help. Highly recommended

These are excellent! My brother purchased these last year for his preschool classroom and I loved them so much I purchased them for mine. They are durable enough to be used daily by 3-4 year olds, give great magnification, and I love the little stand ring to use them as a viewing stand.

I originally got these as a gift for a two-year-old who is really interested in bugs. Instead of getting a single magnifier, a got a set thinking that at least a couple would be broken plus his parents could join in his discoveries. But none have broken and now he has a younger sister to follow him around their yard. His parents sent me a video showing him watching some of his specimens he'd caught in a jar, using one of the magnifiers. I think he likes it!
