Quick and easy
Lovely salad, quick and easy to grab from the fridge to make a quick meal or enhance a sandwich. I love the peppery taste of rocket and tenderness of the baby salad leaves in a healthy poke bowl. Just add whatever prepped veg you have on hand, pop in some protein and you have a five minute lunch. It doesn’t get faster than that.
