The camera's have a clear HD image which is a must for us. The only downside I have noticed is that for some reason I will have 1 or 2 cameras (Never the same cameras) go out of sync with the time. I've contacted GW Security and they helped me through the firmware upgrade process. This helped the cameras stay synced for about 2 weeks but it wasn't permanent. Last weekend I noticed one of the 8 cameras was showing the wrong time again =( My biggest pet peeve is that the time is not off by 10 or 15 minutes, but by a whole day. which there was a permanent fix to this.

Five STAR customer service.I got the 4 Bullet/4 Dome NVR kit and one of the bullet cams was DOA. It appeared to power up (the IR's glowed) but I could not get the Green LAN light to come on at the camera or the router switch and couldn't connect to the camera no matter what I tried. Sent GW an email telling them it all worked except the one bullet cam and they replied the next day with an RMA and Return Shipping Label. Twelve days later I had the replacement cam back and it all worked great. It's a great HD system for the price, faces AND license plates are clear as a bell. IP might seem a little daunting if you're not steeped in networking, but the IP software that came with it has come a long way in auto finding and connecting to the cameras. And the PoE makes the install a breeze. All and all, Very Happy.

We had a bit of trouble with the setup of this system at one of our library branches, but GW Security customer service was on it! The representative that handled our issue, José, was responsive and great to work with, and of course he got the problem solved! Any tech is bound to have it's share of issues, but excellent customer service means you can be confident in what you're getting.The control interface is easy to understand and operate and the quality of the cameras is excellent. If we decide to add or replace camera systems at our other branches in the future, it will be with GW Security systems.

Required Tech Support for 2 cameras that had lost IP address. "Martha" who is a rock star, clearly was able to get me back up and running. A true professional and has excellent customer service skills. Job well done and thank you!

It have a really good view but Im always having issues to logging with app. Definitely the app is bad, a daily headache. If you want to keep track of your business through the app go try somewhere else.
