Fleetwood Mac say: You make loving fun. I say: Caroline Knecht makes vermin fun. Lots o' laughs and took the creep out of dealing with pests. The counselors on Hoarders should distribute this book. This will remain a staple of reference in my permanent library.

This book is helpful, funny, well-written, and the illustrations are fantastic. Wish I had this book when I was in college!

I was left hoping for more info on eradication at the end of each section; however, it did provide lots of laughs and helpful information.
