For a spray we would recommend either our Oil mixed with water or our Neem Garden Spray. This product will do better mixed directly into the soil

Yes, this can be mixed into the soil

Q: What are the ingredients?

I don't know, but it smells so bad that I had to scrape it off the soil of my potted plant and throw it out. The stench of the neem made me sick. Foul stuff.
