Are these bearing basically 8 mm and are standard size. I don’t understand what it means by 608x22x7x8. Please explain?

Do I need spacers for these bearings if I'm usually them for roller skates?

How long do race bearings last on average?

They should last longer than other bearings on the market. The dual labyrinth seals on the RACE and ENDURE are comparable to much more expensive bearings.
