Started using this product a few months ago as I’ve had insomnia for years . The way I use it is to put a small amount on my wrist and massage it in . Also sprinkle some on your pillow too . I still have the occasional night when I don’t sleep very well and I put that down to stress. Worth trying .

GREAT PRODUCT
Excellent service & delivery had been using fragrance oil in my diffuser but found it clogged up after using a few times! Decided to pay a bit more & try the essential oils and having done so was delighted with both the aroma & the fact you only need a few drops for each refill of the diffuser...use this to fragrance my room before sleep and found it relaxing...will definitely buy again

Lovely smell used in a vaporiser! It has been a great essential oil to help relax and aid a relaxing sleep. You only need a very small amount 2-3 drops the max to achieve a great aroma! Would order again!

Good product that works!
1 drop on your t shirt or pillow at night is all you need. Helps you to get off to sleep and helps if you have insomnia. 😴

This is not as pleasant smelling as I thought it would be, clarify is much nicer fragrance , this is much more overpowering so less is more !!

This product is so reasonably priced and high quality! It arrived perfectly sealed and I've been using it daily since then! It helps me go to sleep at night, the scent is just right, not too strong! Will definitely be buying other scents!

L’odore onestamente fa schifo. Sembra la crema all’arnica che si usa per i dolori muscolari.Non sapevo che l’arnica facesse rilassare o dormire

huele bastante mal y fuerte, no te permiten cambiarlo, y no se corresponde con lo que ofrecen pues hace que al final no puedas dormir y tengas que ventilar la habitación, y que te tengas que comer el producto
