VIAIR200 PSI Tire Inflation Gun, P/N 00041

The Viair gun and pump are the best electric pump available, most of the other electric pumps take at least 10 minutes to fill a flat tire and that’s if you can get it to seal properly to even take the air but with the Viair you don’t have that problem, you get enough of a burst of air to seal it and pump up a truck tire completely flat to 45 psi in about 3 minutes or so, I love this thing and it’s so worth the money!!!!

RV tires are a pain for older women, like myself, to check and air up. This gauge/air attachment has become a life saver for me. The gauge is easy to see and use without having to fight it unlike the other styles of tire gauges that don't want to fit on the stem without a fight. Something is always in the way but the rubber extension on this one works around obstructions.The quality seems to be good also and I didn't have to purchase a quick disconnect for the end which also fits in the garage compressor too even though I purchased this to be used with the Vivair portable compressor.I'm very happy with it so far.

Of course says to only use with Viair pumps, works great with any pump and I’ve used it to fill bike, car, and motorcycle tires. 200 PSI is a lot, but I wanted something that would be the only inflator I ever needed. Works great so far

Normally Viair puts out pretty good products. This tire inflation gun is just okay, or well, since I immediately replaced it, I guess it's actually not. Here's the issue, the increments are too broad. 10psi increments are just too wide for most automotive use. My trucks may not be too sensitive to a 5psi variance, but my motorcycles and cars will absolutely feel the difference. I tossed it in the toolbox of my truck so I've got something with a convenient gauge on it, but I wouldn't purchase a 2nd one.

Easy to use

I think I must have read all comments for every inflator gun. They all have issues so I decided to go with this lowered price inflator. I am happily surprised how good it works. No leakage when connecting to the valve stem and checking with a digital gauge looks to be only a pound or so difference in reading. For the price this is a excellent buy.

I bought this air gun after reading the reviews about some of the other options with the in-line air chuck. So I looked for one with a 90-degree chuck like this one has. I just connected it to my compressor, and it worked great. An added bonus was that the description implied that I would have to buy a fitting to attach to my quick-release, but it came with one attached.I like the lever-lock chuck, it makes the tool easy to use.Two very small shortcomings that don't prevent me from liking the item, but mean it's not perfect: The air chuck isn't the kind that doesn't leak air before you latch it down. Not a big deal, since you've got this hooked to a compressor anyway, but a little annoying. Also, it doesn't look like a "lifetime" quality tool in a high-use environment. I don't have a high-use environment, so I'm not worried about it.Anyway, I'm happy with it, and glad I bought it.

I have broke these things so many times. I intentionally looked for the most expensive, highest rated and non battery operated pressure gauge I could find. Via Air makes many on-board air compressors for the 4x4 scene for air lockers and air bag suspensions. I rolled the dice. Turned out to be a great buy. Appears very well built. It comes with male air chuck already on it. The air hose clamp is great. Really clamps down, overbuilt so its easy with gloves on. Minimal air lost when I take it off the schrader valve. Something that could have some years left on it. I use them very often and this seems like its going to last. No other brand out there with this kind of dial and build. CH is junk. Been through several of them. Get this one. Worth the money.

The device states that it's not suitable for portable compressors but it works fine with my 1 gal portable DeWalt. The valve stem connector is what sold me. It's solid and robust with a large tab. Makes it easy to use even in colder weather. I also like that the dial is facing to the rear of the gun instead of to the side like most others. Its just seems a more natural and comfortable position to read the dial.

Very happy with this purchase. I've had cheaper versions that just didn't hold on to the tire stem or the gauges were inaccurate. This is a high-quality product that works very well I'm very glad I bought it.

I have had this item for about 6 months now and it seems to be a good quality piece. The soft storage case is fine but obviously won't protect it from very much. It is easy to attach to the valve stem as well as release from the valve stem however it doesn't fall off the valve stem once attached. I have used it on forklift tires, hand cart tires, car and truck tires. No problems so far with the pressures required. The only down side is since the guage reads up to 200PSI (it's rated for 160PSI) it is a little bit difficult to read where 35psi is (as an example).

I have had problems trying to get a secure connection with this type of inflator in the past. This one works great, attaches easily and securely to my motorcycle, car and truck tires.

Worked great with the Viair air pump I bought previously. Used it with car, van, tractor and motorhome tires.
