I have to replenish what is missing, cancer takes so much out of you, then treatments even more. I won’t absorb much of anything without Betaine HCI + Pepsin. Side effects are none to mild. Quality is good so I already have another bottle. Remember all, B-1 is your most important (hence the number) to have in your arsenal. All the B’s are in the capsule.
