Bought as so blocked up with a head cold I couldn't sleep and was desperate - amazingly they worked! Immediate relief and a proper night's sleep. Recommended to others who have also found them to be beneficial. So simple and effective. As others have said, they really stick on well, which is great as you don't want them coming off in the night, but this does mean they are a little difficult to remove in the morning. I have found that if I wet them thoroughly, they do come off a little easier.

These are still the best brand, cost is more but I just went through 200 of a cheap brand I had to cut them in half and cut the length and they didn't stick all night. THIS is the best brand, they always stay on all night, I find I can cut them length wise and get two out of each one. These are small too.

I was prepared to be disappointed...but they do work! Not completely sorted dry mouth, but MUCH better, so sleep improved. Comfy, stay stuck all night, come off cleanly with a soak with warm water, no skin reaction to adhesive. Will definitely persevere.

Helps me sleep easier as I can breathe fully, but they've changed the glue so now it rips off a layer of skin in the morning when I take it off. Even if I soak it off, it still takes off a layer of skin. It's super painful and leaves my nose red and raw. If you have thick skin, you'll do great, but I've had to cancel my subscription
