I am admittedly super-picky and rarely find a just-right product that meets all of my expectations. In this case, I wanted a petite k-cup coffeemaker with a small footprint....that makes HOT coffee....is simple to use....with auto-shutoff...and of good quality for a reasonable price. The HiBrew delivers! Love it so much and convinced 2 friends to buy it, too. It's faster than my Keurig, easier to clean, and the coffee is hotter. Very satisfied...One of my best purchases! UPDATE: I gave the HiBrew to my mom, and she loves it for the same reasons mentioned above. But, at 84, she accidentally tossed the k-cup holder. I contacted the company and they quickly (and generously) offered to send 2 replacements (just in case :) free of charge! Very happy with this product and seller!

It is smaller than the Kuerig Mini, which I love because I have a small kitchen, and works like a charm. It's easy to use, too. I ran water through it a few times before brewing and the coffee tasted just fine. It also gets the coffee piping hot.

I brew a 12-cup pot of coffee every other day -- decaf. I drink a lot of coffee because I love the flavor. I discovered that one cup of regular coffee gave me a boost I needed to make it through the day without taking a nap, so I needed a machine to make one cup of coffee, but I didn't want to spend $100 for it. I also wanted it in white. This turned out to be exactly what I needed. It's white. It's small. It heats up quickly. It makes a decent cup of coffee. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I'm a happy camper. Follow-up: No sooner had I written this review that I went to brew a cup of coffee and couldn't close the top. Also, that terrible chemical taste that I thought I had rinsed out of the machine came back. I cannot see any way to repair this and so am returning it for another brand.

I love this little coffee maker, it is adorable and makes a very hot cup of coffee. Everyone else in my household drinks a lot of coffee daily, but I only have one or two cups a day, so that's why I wanted a single serve coffee maker. So, I am very pleased with it, and it saves a lot of space tucked away in the corner of my counters. I just hope it lasts a long time because I really am pleased with it! Thank you so much!!

i liked this maker more at first, but there seems to be no way to clean the portions that surround the cartridge itself (once you remove the cartridge holder thing. i wrote to the seller asking for info, & perhaps a video - anything - & i got no answer! the maker itself works ok, but you often have to push down hard on the cups you’re putting in, or the top part won’t close. you also end up with a real mess on the top portion (underneath), but worst of all is the area all around where i showed in the photo. it even will start leaking out a little in the bottom of the front (label area). if you’ve found a way to clean the areas i mentioned, please let me know. a wet rag etc hardly reaches. note: i added yet another photo - this one shows how the stuff that collects in the areas you can’t reach starts coming out the front! i tried writing to the company at an address outside of amazon, & not surprisingly i didn’t hear back from there either. i’m annoyed that i’ve been trying for answers for a long time, have gotten none, & of course too late for return now. NOTE> have to run a lot of water through front part, & use a-tips.

Great little kcup coffee maker but don't recommend purchasing it for Airbnb use primarily because the guests always seem to throw away the kcup holder and/or the water basket. The coffee maker is useless without them so we end up charging the guests for a brand new one since the replacement parts are not available online. Too bad, it was a great machine. We have gone through 2 already because of lack of replacement kcup baskets (not available on Amazon or Ebay).

This is a sturdy and good looking single-serve coffee maker. I ordered the white version, which looks great in my kitchen, except for the black cord! I would also prefer it if the interior plastic were white. However, other than these two aesthetic complaints, I like the coffee maker very much. Whether using a k-cup or ground coffee (pod is not included), it makes good coffee in about three minutes. I'm adding an obituary for the coffee maker. It was quiet and efficient and made great coffee... until it died when it was one month out of warranty It simply stopped pumping water. I regularly cleaned it, so built up coffee was not the problem. Still, hoping it might solve the problem, I cleaned the areas around the puncture needles (upper and lower) to no avail. I really liked this little coffee maker, but I will not order another one.
