Great for hand exercises
Great for hand exercises, stress relief, or if you just want to just bounce them against your wall or ceiling while contemplating your life choices. I like that they're jelly and not foam. I have quite long nails and I thought they would dig into the jelly but to my surprise they don't which means they will last a while.And if you're feeling really fancy, you can use them a juggling balls!

Perfect! I had a bad fall where I broke ...
Perfect! I had a bad fall where I broke many bones and I was unable to pick up a cup for a while. These helped to strengthen my grip.

I plan to get another set for the office
There are 3 balls - soft, medium and firm. Comfortable to hold and can be used while reading or watching tv- I got them for hand exercises, maybe not a good idea to do something else if they are for stress relief.
