These peanuts arrived fresh and in perfect condition. I toss a handful outside every few days or so for the neighborhood squirrels to enjoy. It also helps to keep the squirrels out of my neighbor’s bird feeders. The squirrels seem to really enjoy these as they are typically all gone within a couple of hours.

The birds absolutely love these. I put out a bowl full and they are gone within minutes. They were and are nice and fresh.

The peanuts came in great condition. They weren’t smashed or broken open. The squirrels and Blue Jays loved them! I also noticed that none of them had any mold!

As a person who grew up eating boiled peanuts from fresh green ones, I am pleasantly surprised that these dried in the shell peanuts boil up so nice and tender. The only reason for not rating them a five is because they are not fresh green peanuts.

I sent these to son as a treat. He had fun mom skiing them tasty.

This is a pretty decent bag of peanuts. The 2 lb bag is priced fairly, and I bought these to feed the local grackles—they really love them! They don't like my new feeder, however, so I currently have it on the ground until they get used to it. The peanuts themselves look good, though there were a few discolored ones here and there, which is to be expected. Even the discolored peanuts were still fine to use. Some peanuts arrived split or broken in half, but they were still fresh. I tried them myself. The freshness and taste was good. The bag isn’t ideal for long-term storage because it’s a bit brittle, so I put mine in a ziplock bag. Overall, these are good quality peanuts and a fair value.
