The eyeliner is not the same as the NYC product I have previously purchased.It smudges easily and I stupidly bought two. Would not recommend

been buying this eyeliner for a while now as its one of the best i can find,never ever had a problem with it until this order, bought 2 so i have one as a spare but uppon opening the sealed packaging and using it its almost like its curdled
