Very effective
Brilliant product, very effective at removing algae from acrylic tank. No scratches, couple of passes and the tank was clean. Could also cut up in to smaller pieces to clean more fiddly areas, used on the end of a small plastic rod to reach bottom of tank without having to move fish out or put hand in the water

Acrylic tank algae cleaner
My tank has curved sides and had been a pain to clean with the usual scraper also decided to try this. Brilliant! Only took a few minutes with hardly and disturbance or stress to my fish and got right into the curved bits. Just rinsed are use and as good as new with NO wet hands.

Too bulky and the material cannot be replaced. Very sturdy plastic. Good for very big tanks but not for small or medium sized.

Quality Product!
I bought a cheap version of this when I started my aquarium, it gave up after a month or so, decided to give this one a go as I know API have some decent products.This product is very durable, nice long handle to reach the deep parts of the aquarium!Highly recommended!

Works great!
This algae scraper works great and cleans up easily. I love the sturdy handle, not much give when trying to reach to the bottom of taller aquarium walls.

Surprisingly effective
I have a tall bowfront tank and wanted something to keep my elbows dry with algae scraping.This thing is totally worth the price vs the cheaper options.Maybe because this is specifically for glass, but it's very effective. A couple swipes and the algae is off. Then a nice big water change.

Works like it should
I bought this to help control the diatom population in my 10 gallon after other failed attempts. It works just how it should and does the job nicely. It hasn't scratched the glass and left it crystal clear. It's important to rinse it frequently when using it or else the algae will remain in the tank. It's much better than using a sponge since it's abrasive and requires little effort to free the algae. Would buy again.

This well on the glass of my 20 gal aquarium. The extra angle on the brush helps get a better angle on the glass.
