I live in the city and have dirty city water that comes out of my pipes. I replaced the shower head with the Jolie filtered head. Not only was the installation so easy, but it is such a beautiful addition to the shower. The quality is impressive. And although it is expensive, it is so incredibly worth the price!! My hair feels so much lighter and cleaner! I’m obsessed!

I’ve had this shower head for a couple months now and it works well. I had my doubts at first because I’ve seen some reviews saying the water pressure is bad but it feels really nice. I’m not quite sure how to explain it but overall the water just feels a lot cleaner. The installation was quick and easy with no leaks. I will update if anything else goes wrong with the shower head but the results have been amazing so far.

I have taken 1 shower and I already know this product has changed my life. For the first time I feel like my hair is CLEAN. It was so easy to install, took only 30 seconds. I have very long, fine hair and a lot of it and I always struggle with grease and product build up. Now I'm wondering if I have just been struggling with hard water all my life. Hoping this product will reduce hair loss but I will have to come back and update in a few weeks for that.My skin feels less slimy and softer plus, I dried off really fast. Not sure if there is a reason that but I wouldn't be surprised if it was connected. Price did not bother me considering this life changing experience. This is my first filtering shower head so I cannot compare it to other products on the market.I was pleasantly surprised by the water pressure. I had spent an equal price on my previous shower head (not filtered) and the Jolie is better. It does come with a piece to reduce the flow for certain states but thank goodness it's not the state I live in. Box it came in was very well done and I appreciated the cute little wrench! The advertising photo states there is a 60 day back guarantee. However, when we got to day 40 we realized calcium build up on the shower head. Day 47, I noticed the white chalk residue on skin from the water after showering. When we went to try and return we were informed by Amazon seller that all returns needed to be within a 30 day window. Do not purchase from this seller, purchase directly from the Jolie company and they will honor the return within 60 days without any fine print gimmicks.When we contacted Jolie they informed us that they could not accept the return on behalf of this Amazon seller but they could provide a $30 filter.We have had a $30 shower head with an actual detachable handle that lasted far longer than this over priced one. We can go back and repurchase the shower head with the detachable handle that will outlast this one as opposed to be limited with a filter that cannot even last a full 2 monthsAt this point, I just want a refund. This would be day 60 and the product did not meet satisfaction.Jolie also mentioned that the filter time period may vary based off of location. Regardless, we were within our 60 days when it stopped working. If it cannot be returned within 60 days, then please take the photo down that states we have a 60 day return option. At least accurately advertise and adjust the photo to reflect that buyers will only have a 30 day return policy.

It arrived quickly, nicely packaged with very clear, easy to follow instructions (as well as teflon tape and a wrench). I've used a filtered shower attachment before with fair results. I think this is better! It's a lovely design, and I definitely noticed a difference in my skin right away. It also provides a strong water flow (there are instructions in there about the flow restrictor that helped ;-). I color my hair so this is a must have. It looks great installed as well. I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

Okay, the price really scared me on this one at first, not gonna lie. Do I think it needs to be this expensive… no. Is it gonna do the job it claims immediately and make your water soft, clean, and healthy…yes!!! I didn’t want to spend money on another product, but I live in an old apartment building and deal with 5-6 months of very cold, dry season, and I like a hot shower. I have always had amazing full healthy hair, and within 8 months of living at this place, my hair has become dry, limp and not able to absorb products. I was thinking my products were the problem, but once I figured out the water was chlorinated and full of old minerals, I realized I was spending money on products that weren’t gonna do their job due to the water. I’m two washes in and my hair and skin is on track to getting back to normal. If you’re tired of complaining to your friends and self about how your hair has deteriorated, this is a solution. My water pressure is even better too!

The water pressure is great. Very easy to instal, includes tools needed for instal which make it easy. I trust that it is doing a good job filtering, however, I haven’t noticed any difference in hair or skin like it was advertised.

I live in a house built in 1948 for the last 4 years and the pipes and town completely destroyed my poor hair.. I tried everything from Malibu C hard water packets and nothing worked until…. This amazing filter. My hair felt like literal butter after the first use! Which is what my hair felt like before I moved here. Hard water is no joke and the quality of water you use in showers makes a HUGE difference. If you’re losing hair or it won’t grow because of split ends, I recommend this filter. Worth every penny and I am crying tears of joy 🥲🤣

Continued to have a small leak even after re taping a few times. Small rubber gasket doesn't seem to seal very well. Overall shower head has decent pressure and water is somewhat softer. However, this price point is much higher than the competitors.

The media could not be loaded.  La instalación fue muy fácil, lo pude hacer todo yo. Me preocupaba que fuera a necesitar adaptadores o conectores extras pero no fue necesario, la conexión quedo con el tamaño de tubería que ya tenia, supongo es un tamaño estándar/universal.Viene con una cinta para plomeria para que la conexión quede bien sellada, y con una llave inglesa muy útil para dejarla bien apretada y yo la use tambien para quitar la regadera anterior.No afecto la presión del agua, pero siempre he tenido buena presión.El agua se siente bien, llevo pocos días usándola pero si he notado una diferencia en el pelo, esta más suave.
