This is in great condition for a refurbished phone. The battery life was at 87% which is to be expected with a used phone. The screen is good and the phone functions smoothly

This phone is so nice. Got it in 2023 and it still works well. Definitely got value for my money, the price I paid was ridiculously reasonable and definitely is durable. Screen was working perfectly too.

It is a very good phone. It met most of expectations. It had only two problems. First of all, it had micro scratches on the screen and the bezels which I feel should not be on an excellent condition smartphone. And lastly, it had a battery health of 85% which I was not expecting. Anyways, "I’m really pleased with my new iPhone; it's proven to be great value for money considering all the features and flaws it offers.". Overall this is a very great product and I will recommend it to friends and family.

I don’t ever write reviews, but I feel like I had to. I received this phone a couple of days ago and it is in immaculate condition. I bought it from the seller Stone Digital and I can’t say enough about them! Last week I ordered a different phone from another seller that was supposed to be in “excellent” condition. Firstly, it showed up in an envelope, not in a box. Inside it was only shipped in a bubble wrap envelope that was extremely thin. No clue if it was broken from shipping or not because I never turned it on. The thing had scratches alllllllll over it. It was complete garbage, so I returned it. Stone Digital sent this phone in an actual shipping box. The box the phone was in was wrapped in thick bubble wrap. The phone was in a box that resembled the original iPhone box. The phone came with a charger, phone case, and even a glass screen protector. This was a pleasant surprise! The phone looks completely brand new. There isn’t one scratch on the phone and the battery health is still at 90%!!! The best part…. It was about $50 cheaper for the same phone from other sellers on here and $100 cheaper than Verizon. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and if you are looking for a reconditioned phone try to find one sold by Stone Digital. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Replaced a 11 pro with 64g, was running out of room for apps and music. As stated this phone is in excellent condition and the battery is 💯.

My son was satisfied only thing we didn't like is the battery came already half dead my son says it just means we'll have to get another battery other than that everything seems to be great

The 2 phones I ordered were rated good condition but I believe they should have been rated acceptable. They both had chipping on the bezels, one had a scratch on the screen glass and one had a chip on the camera bump. These defects were all visible at more than 2 feet away. But the battery life’s were 89% on both phones and they worked perfectly after transfer from our two 12 Pro Max phones. So overall I’m satisfied but wish they were correctly rated.

This phone works great! I am so grateful I would just like to say to the seller. I really appreciate all your hard work and effort as you diligently refurbished these phones. I have bought two already that did not work or had some type of defect or two and come to find out they were not doing a good job at all refurbishing them. I’m a special-needs mother and I don’t have a typical life. I don’t have any spare time to be going through all the nonsense on top of taking care of my two disabled children, so to have a sudden life event such as a needing another cell phone or an upgrade in a cell phone that has better performance and for all to actually go well I can’t tell you how much joy it brought me and how relaxed and happy I was this past weekend. With my sitting of bad luck I was so nervous if you would sell me a GOOD and decent phone. YOU DID! And now as a seller and Phone refurbisher I know I can trust you. I decided actually to switch my family to to iPhone as well so next week I’ll be purchasing another phone and 2 weeks following another one (my finances currently don’t allow me to purchase 2 phones at the same time lol so I will spread them out ) anyway this review is getting too long. I’m very happy with it! Came as a dual sim as ordered (I read some reviews that people were ordering dual and received eSIM). Battery is 85% which I’m fine with because it lasts way longer than my iPhone 12 mini that has 84%. Regular wear and tear which is also fine! Really good upgrade for me that I’m pleased with.

I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max from this seller, as it looked like a pretty good deal. When I received the phone, there was something off. I knew it was refurbished and not new, but this was a whole other thing. First, when it arrived, it came in a random white box, with just a regular iPhone cord. Second, when I was holding it, something was off; it was too small to be an iPhone 14 Pro Max, which is 6.7 inches. This phone was more like 5.88 inches, and I did measure and pull out a measuring tape. I ordered a big phone on purpose, and to receive a small one was such a waste of time. Not to mention, there's usually a price difference between the two phones. Third, the screen had this barcode that was stuck on it, and it was not on the page or in the software; it was the actual screen. So my new phone would have this barcode permanently fixed on its screen forever. Fourth, as I was uploading my stuff from my iCloud, the phone started to get very hot, and I could feel the metal starting to heat up. In the end, i ended up returning the phone. It was worth having it, and would rather stick to my older one, get a refund and then go right to apple or buy one in person instead.
