I started giving my children this supplement on a regular basis few years ago after many years of having my children get sick regularly, look tire all the time, and not grow consistently. I normally make them drink it for about a month at the beginning of the school year for extra energy and in the middle of the winter. It definitely helped my children with their immune system. Last winter when other children were out for over a week sick with a virus that was going around, my kids were sick at most for a day or two. I don't know if this helped them with their memory and concentration, but by helping them with their energy level and stronger immune system, they are definetly able to perform better in all their activities and they are growing at a steady pace.
