Been taking this product (2 pills a day at once in the morning on training days, and 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening on off days to 'maintain' the benefits). It takes about a week or so for the supplement to "kick in," in my experience. When used consistently, the product seems to lift up stamina, boost lean muscle mass and strength at the gym. I'm a seasoned weightlifter training for 6+ years now and focus on getting bigger and bigger (muscular). Ended up reordering.

Tried lots of natural supplements over many years, creatine gives energy, and i’ve tried edclysterone b4 at lower dose but i never sustained it. Picked up again after a break from working out, i can say this acts like creatine, but i noticed a lot more pump and muscle size , other people notice too. I don’t take steroids and never will, so i thought this is a good natural second and it was, until after about a month I got palpitations, I checked BP and fine, had an ecg,- ok, but the palpitations were a lot, so i lowered dose and frequency, and although they reduced , they continued, so after talking to my doctor I decided to stop . I started again after some months off, and yep, I got palpitations again, so that was the end of these for me. If I didn’t get the side effects I would have continued.

I ordered this at my sons request as he doesn't have a Prime account, he knows what he's doing when comes to working out He"s not a newbie, I/He has now reordered a couple of times. So this is what he thinks. It's easy to take and it does aid your workouts and results. The competatibe price point was the reason he tried it when searching for simlar products. Good stuff, try it.

The advert suggests it may be suitable for vegetarians...but its not. The capsules contain gelatin. It was binned straight away.

Meine Kraftwerte sowie Ausdauer Leistungen sind um ca 10% gestiegen ohne, dass ich meine Ernährung oder mein Körpergewicht angepasst hatte. Kann ich jedem der was neues sucht nur weiterempfehlen!!! Produit reçu rapidement. Pour l'instant, j'ai l'impression que ça marche, mes muscles se développent plus vite, non pas en salle de muscu, mais lors de mon travail physique ou je porte tout les jours du lourd ! Je l'utilise avant mes sorties de compétitions de running aussi, et je me sens plus en forme, ou fatigué bien plus tard ! Ça aide à la récupération des muscles et tendons aussi. Ayant eu une tendinite du talon d'Achille à chaque pied, j'avais besoin d'un produit qui renforce les tendons et aide à bien récupérer, à côté d'exercices spécifiques au renforcement musculaire des tendons. Et j'ai l'impression que ce produit facilite les choses depuis que je le prend ! Acheté deux fois, je le rachèterai !
