This item arrived as promised. It did not come with an owners manual that included gas flow. When contacted the store promptly found and forwarded a .pdf.

Torch works great, the long handle increases my reach and with the valves back away from your work I don't loose the torch adjustments when bumping into something.Would recommend this torch to anyone uses a torch daily or weekly.

I have been using this torch for years. They are heavy duty and the parts are cheap. Many companies make aftermarket kits for these in order to repair and replace parts.
