This vacuum does everything it claims! I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 teens, plus a man! Having the long hose makes all the difference in the world. I really wish they would make the cord longer!Going to order another one and keep it in the box, so when this one finally gives out, I will have the perfect replacement!You won't regret buying this vacuum!

Was a little disappointed that the power pet brush is sold separately, as I assumed it came with it, given this is the Pet Pro model, however, Customer Service at Shark was amazing, and I got the power head at a discounted price shipped directly to my door in Canada. As for the vacuum itself, I just did my little screened porch carpet, bare floors, and furniture, and I was amazed at the amount of dirt it picked up.Pros: excellent suction, power beater bar does an excellent job, love the swivel action which makes it easier to move it around, attachments are easy to connect and remove, hose and wand are early to detach and use.Cons: a little heavy, and it tends to fall over easily when using the wand in detached mode if you are too far from the unit. It also doesn't seem to have onboard storage for all the attachments, only two, so other attachments have to be stored elsewhere, which is a little inconvenient. It also is a bit noisy.Overall, I would recommend it.
