It's easy to install and as long as you install this on a stud (or use a drywall anchor), it's very sturdy. Everything to install is included and instructions are clear.I love the modern look and I like it way better than the 'ole towel ring.

Won't stay parallel has to. be tightened..
We bought this to hold paper towel roll. Perhaps it's too heavy but it keeps on dropping. Having said that it doesn't fall off just doesn't sit straight. If I had realised I would have installed vertical.
