Great protector
It was a pain to remove all the bubbles, but it looks great in the end.

No more scratches
I like it. It fit my Scribe 1st generation. It’s thin and you can’t tell it’s even there. It feels like the main screen in my opinion good quality. THIS IS ONLY MEANT TO PREVENT SCRATCHES. I don’t believe it will prevent fall damage. It came with 3 protection screens, small soft cloth, alcohol wipes, paper card to remove air bubbles and stickers to remove dust etc from screen. Im no pro at installing screens but I found it easy to install it. I originally bought it because 1. Protection from scratches 2. Because I almost dropped it but made a small scratch with my ring trying to catch it. That way when I use my pen I wont bump into it and make it worse.

Wasted all three wouldn't fit properly. Bubbles everywhere
Let me start with saying it is my fault in purchasing this product because I thought it was the harder glass form and not the film type protector. I hate the film based screen protectors and they never work properly for me. I always buy the hard glass 9H and it works every time. Well I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt because I just got my Kindle scribe and I was wanting to use it obviously and excited. But in all of my reviewing and reading up on it since the original model was available for pre-order, I haven't read anywhere about the effects of the stylus on the screen itself. It got me to think because prior to this I've owned three Kindles. Two Kindle paper whites and a Kindle 3rd generation or something beforehand. I have never once bought a screen protector for any of my Kindle devices. Granted if you have a Kindle paper white you don't really need it unless you're one of those people, that's going to be really rough with your device's and you just don't even bother with the cover or and you throw it in with your keys and let your cat play with it. I don't know. I can't understand how you could destroy the screen on a normal Kindle device. On the Kindle Skye, however, the stylist is different from other stylist pens that I have used and I'm a stylist addict FYI. So I have stylus's all over my house that are non-powered and the powered versions. I just like using them and find them very handy. But if somebody who's used a powered stylus I'm used to it. Just being a plastic type tip that will eventually wear and need to be replaced. The Kindle scribe stylus reminds me more of a mechanical pencil in its design and from just the limited experience I have in using it over these past few weeks, I don't really feel like it would give the amount of wear and tear even over time. That could may be necessitate the usage of a screen protector. I can see maybe using one as a recommendation but not necessarily a necessity like you have to use one or you're going to mess up a screen. But on this topic I have no clue and I've researched thoroughly and I can't really find anything and even talking to people online. No one has really had an issue that I've talked to from just normal usage and has bothered with a screen protector so I'm kind of on the fence of if I even want to bother trying to buy another one because it seems like they all come in this film for this size of screen which is really annoying. I don't know why it has to do with the technology for the e-ink display. I know that. Because I can see putting a normal glass hard screen protector like I have on my phone on the Kindle and then it producing a glarish like shine. But at the same time I couldn't see that being any less irritating or more irritating in my reading on my Kindle than it is on my phone and it doesn't bother me on my phone. I don't know. I'm kind of spiraling here on this issue. Anybody? Any advice? Anyone have any issues with the stylus and screen wearage overtime? I've had mine for like a month now and I have to say that even after this amount of time I'm probably not going to use this stylus feature as much as I thought I would. I mainly bought the candle because of it screen size because I did want a larger size reader. I read a lot of nonfiction books and reference material along with my fiction and in Reading a typeset specific for a textbook sized document. It just feels looks and reads completely different on your normal paperwhite than it does on the scribe with the larger screen. In any event, we're talking about the screen protector here and the screen protector is junk. I went through all three of them and I could not get any of them to adhere without there being bubbles everywhere and I followed the directions to the letter. I was patient. I turned off any ceiling fans so there was no air flow. Any dust. I have no problem putting screen protectors on anything. I'm the guy my friends go to to do it This Kindle scribe protector is either defective or I got a defective screen on my 's. Kindle because these two do not want to live happily ever after. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this product.

Could be better
The protectors were a bit harder to apply and no matter what I did would get so many bubbles on the screen. I used to work at a cellphone company and know how to apply the protectors. In the end there was still bubbles in the screen but not as bad when I started. It is definitely anti glare and I don't get glare on the screen and feels smooth when using my pen or hand. I think it was defective cheaper then other option but maybe not as good as the other. It gets the job done and keeps the screen safem I have yet to get a scratch on the screen.

Great product
Great product. Took me twice to place the protector. Using the guides were actually pretty good, had to you tube how to use it. Works great and does not cause any issues with using the pen or my finger on the scribe either. Would recommend.
